Lisa-Anne is a senior partner in our employment practice, has

Ryszard has substantial experience in providing national and
international clients with simple and effective solutions to
complex legal issues. He has acted for a broad range of clients
including multinational corporations, listed insurance
companies, business rescue practitioners, and creditors.

Ryszard specializes in commercial litigation with a particular
focus on business rescue, insolvency, and restructuring. His
expertise extends to all forms of contractual disputes, debt
recovery, ICT law, and insurance law.

In addition, Ryszard has a keen interest in artificial intelligence
and privacy law and regularly provides training sessions for
clients and their internal teams in relation to the Protection of
Personal Information Act of 2013 and the General Data
Protection Regulation of 2016.

Ryszard obtained his B.A. and LL.B. degrees at the University of
the Witwatersrand where, in 2018, he also qualified for his
Masters degree in ICT Law.
